Butterfly-palooza!
I had to change over one of my veggie beds into floral due to an adjacent neighbor's chemical lawn spray. I figured I'd throw a bunch of this seed down and just see what happens...This package of seeds changed our lives. Our yard has become known as The Butterfly Yard. I've been looking up all the varieties of butterflies and posting pictures of all the wonderful butterflies that have visited this maintenance free flower bed, and even was inspired to plant a monarch waystation. My family has started to capture and raise caterpillars then release butterflies. It was the most adventurous summer yet. Great job with this mix. Another unexpected visitor was the rare metallic green sweat bee. They were just gorgeous, very attracted to one of the mustard family plants.
