Single flowers of white, pink, rose, lilac and red bloom from midsummer to frost. Plants grow fast, are suitable for low hedges because of their upright habit. Tolerant of the harshest conditions, they ask little and deliver a lot of color and joy - and the seed pods are really fun to pop. Annual 2-3 ft. Approx 200 seeds per pack

Garden Balsam delightfully easy to grow! |
| As a child I enjoyed the Touch Me Nots my neighbor grew in her front yard in the Midsouth. Finding the seeds at Terroir, ordering them and growing the plants in my Florida yard has been great! The balsam is easy to grow, I started them in pots and transplanted, have abundant long lasting flowers in both pale pastals and vibrant bright colors that attract bumble bees and some have already had seeds to ripened in their pods, popping out seeds and are now reseeding in the garden bed. What a pleasure to enjoy these beautiful plants again after all these years! Thank you for offering these! |
