Mexican Marigold have sweet, licorice-flavored leaves and flowers that are a gentle, golden-yellow; bloom all summer and can be dried for a delicious tea. Leaves are a substitute for French Tarragon and thrive in warm areas where tarragon does not grow. Can be added to sangria, punches, mulled cider and used as a tea to calm nerves, stomachs and cure hangovers. Also good in vinaigrettes.
