Peking Green Kohlrabi is medium-sized, with semi-flat pale-green bulbs, pure white fine quality flesh, very popular northern Chinese variety. Excellent for stir fries and soups. Grows very easily from spring thru fall. Best harvested when the bulb reaches 2-3 inches. Young leaves are commonly used fresh and in salads.
