Quadrato D'Asti Giallo Pepper has huge four lobed, blocky green fruits ripen a bright golden yellow. Very thick walls with outstanding, sweet and complex flavor.
Beautiful and delicious in every stage with high yields-one of the best varieties for markets. Excellent for frying, salads and stuffing. The most prestigious capsicums in Italy come from the Asti region in Piemonte.

BIG Peppers! |
| I have grown these pepper for years and they are just wonderful. I, personally have never had mine turn all the way yellow. Mostly they are green with pretty yellow striping. The peppers are HUGE with nice thick walls and have a super sweet, wonderful pepper flavor. I gave 4 stars because I dont find the plants to be super-productive, but what you get is well-worth it. |
