History
One of the oldest root crops, described by Theophrastus (400 BC) and Pliny (about 100 AD). Turnips are still one of the most popular root vegetables in Europe.

Great Greens
I love my cooked greens, and this is a new favorite. Soft tender greens, cook down easy and have great flavor, not bitter. Has a unique flavor in them that reminds me of bananas.
